I’d say this piece represents a lot of self-reflection- pun intended. Time and time again, I find myself needing to isolate. Often after something triggering or exhausting, there’s the need to recenter/ re-ground myself but other times, I just want to enjoy my own company or sort through the many thoughts in my head.
